Worship at St. Paul’s

Worship at St. Paul’s is a warm inviting experience - a blend of old and new. The service often begins with a traditional hymn, which is played by piano, pipe organ or both. The state-of-the-art screens and sound system have video capability for contemporary praise songs or to illustrate the message. The Praise Team leads the congregation through songs that are related to the message, and help to bring the message to life. A member of the congregation reads the responsive psalm and Scriptures. Contemporary prayers by the minister prepare the congregation to worship. The message is delivered in a dramatic way, which speaks to the needs of the people in the modern world. The benediction prayer, or blessing, is given by the minister. The Praise Team and congregation then sing ‘Go now in Peace’. This beautiful song is inspiring, and invites the congregation to go out into the world with faith, reaching out to others in love. The congregation is invited for light refreshments in the Narthex or lobby of the church. The worship service at St. Paul’s is relevant, helpful and always centered on God. Here you can ‘meet’ the Jesus of history in the modern world, helping each one of us to navigate the challenges that we face on a daily basis. Worship at St. Paul’s is uplifting and challenges the mind and heart! Come and see!
